If you told us that Lorelle Kitzmiller dodges speeding bullets and leaps tall buildings in a single bound, neither one of us would be even a little surprised. She’s more than just an excellent, knowledgeable real estate agent and a woman of great style and presence…she’s a life saver. And believe us, we’re not exaggerating one bit.

When we finished renovating our 1907 Craftsman bungalow in Pasadena and put it on the market for sale, we had no idea what we were letting ourselves in for. We tumbled straight into the abyss reserved for that small percentage of unfortunate sellers who are doomed to experience the dark side of real estate sales; a situation where Murphy’s Law kicks in, and everything that can go wrong, does. We were under pressure to sell for more than one reason, including a need to move out of state quickly to deal with family problems, and every delay cost us dearly, both financially and emotionally. And there were many, many delays, most of them totally unforeseen.

Through it all, Lorelle was right there with us, reassuring us and explaining everything. She went way, way above and beyond the call of duty. Her first response to each problem was to roll up her sleeves immediately and figure out how to solve it. She helped us stage our house so it would show to its best advantage (her taste is excellent, so take advantage of it if you can!) and brought in a photographer to create beautiful flyers. And she even acted as a go-between with the City of Pasadena, when they decided to disallow items they had not objected to on the inspection when we originally bought the house, thereby creating yet another nightmare for us. Lorelle jumped through their hoops, made sure they got all the paperwork and forms and plans they asked for, and fought for us; and we eventually won our case and were able to go ahead with our house sale.

We would up going through three escrows, as the first two fell through due to problems with the potential buyers and delays from the City, but Lorelle never wavered. Her enthusiasm never flagged. She was always positive, always encouraging, and she kept our spirits up the whole way.  There were many times when we were wrung out and exhausted from all the wrangling to the point where we thought we couldn’t face another day, but she always picked us up and kept us moving toward the finish line. There is no way on earth we could have done it without her.

We will never forget all that she did for us, single-handedly turning what could very well have been a total disaster into a victory in the end. We are very proud to recommend her in the most enthusiastic terms.

I would like to convey what a please it was to work with Lorelle Kitzmiller.

I have known Lorelle for a number of years and always found her to be a hard working and caring person. I felt that her decision to enter the real estate field was a perfect fit for her interests and skill sets. When I had the please of working with her, my instincts were proven correct.

When our single, 25 year-old daughter was looking to jump from renter to owner, I suggested we speak with Lorelle. Where do I even begin….
